The creator of LightForms.CC and the inventor of the Digital Action Figure and Virtual Playsets concept, Mr. Myers is the founder of Declaration Pictures Inc. He is an award winning CG/Visual Effects Supervisor and Artist. These include the Australian Film Institute | Australian Academy of Cinema Television Arts award in 2013 for Best Visual Effects on Iron Sky, and Emmy Honor Certificate in 2006 for Best Visual Effects on the SyFy Channel’s hit series Battle Star Galactica (“Exodus Part II”) in 2007 and the University Of Georga’s Peabody Award for outstanding achievement in Television, also for Battle Star Galactica in 2005.

A 28 year veteran of digital content creation industry, he has over the past 20 years worked in several areas of film, TV, and Games production, on high profile projects while inventing or contributing to several different innovative technologies used in those industry areas including digital cinema and video and audio streaming.

His clients have included HP, Sony/MGM Television Studios, Universal Studios Television,(USA/Canada), Universal Studios Theme Parks (helping to design the new Jurassic World Ride) General Electric Pictures Productions (Canada), UTV/Disney Studios, (UK/India) Front Street Pictures (Canada), Blind Spot Pictures (Finland), Atlantis Pictures (Switzerland) and the Discovery Channel/3NET (USA).

He is also the founder and head instructor of the highly successful and popular CG/VFX training site launched in 2010 and owned by Declaration Pictures Inc. He regularly consults with several technology and media companies on matters related to digital content creation tools and methodologies.

CTO – Chilton Webb (San Antonio, TX.)
Mr. Webb has over 25 years of software and hardware development experience having shipped over 100 commercial products including those used by the US Armed Services, NASA, Deuche Bank, Griffon, SalesForce, HP, Microsoft, IBM and Apple. At Declaration Pictures while serving as our CTO, Chilton also functions as our  Senior Software Engineer, working in multiple programming languages including Java, C, C++ and C#.

As an 18 year user of LightWave3D he is also an former LightWave3D product engineer at NewTek Inc.,the makers of LightWave3D and our key 3D animation solution tool at Declaration Pictures Inc. which is also central to the LightForms.CC project. While at NewTek he was instrumental in the cooperation between the LightWave3D and Unity3D Development Teams. This effort resulted in the two applications working incredibly well with assets shared between the two programs. Chilton also is one of instructors, specializing in LightWave3D to Unity3D game creation methods.

He has done contract work for dozens of companies throughout his career and recently has been a contract software engineer for MergeVR. He is an authorized developer for Xbox One, Nintendo, iOS, Android and is an inventor and patent holder in the areas of Virtual Reality and VR optics technology.

Mr. Webb’s AR Portfolio, GlyconVR motion-capture products and numerous other software tools, are central to the LightForms.CC Content Creation Tool Kit.

Senior CG Artist and DCC Team Supervisor – Wes Sargent (Vancouver, BC)

Mr. Sargent considers himself privileged to have worked as a Senior Visual Effects Artist on several popular sci-fi and sci-fact shows over the course of his career spanning two decades. He has a number of other films, television projects and commercials to his credit including all 3 of the Stargate TV series.

For his efforts he has been nominated for four Prime Time Emmy Awards, has won a Gemini Award and his artwork is regularly featured in various magazine publications. Although an adept generalist from a visual effects stand point, he has a passion for futuristic design which has allowed him to go from original concept work to finished shots with tight turn around times – a true veteran of fast paced TV schedules.

Beyond the world of visual effects, Wes pursues a keen interest in everything to do with production. As an active screen writer he directs much of his time into developing various kinds of projects for film and television, bringing his experience and knowledge in all of these areas to Declaration Pictures productions including the project.

B2B Development (Canada) –  Barry Morrissette (Calgary, AB)

Barry has developed and grown businesses and organizations around the world.  These experiences have developed the key visions and engagement strategies designed to provide new relationships and partnerships for achieving success.  Mr. Morrissette has developed unique projects and startups, wherein his talents in Business Development,  Government Relations combined with highly refined Marketing and Communications expertise provides robust and valuable contributions to businesses ventures of all kinds.

His diverse projects range from developing a Aboriginal Awareness E-learning platform for Conoco Philips to Travel Alberta’s Online Travel Agent Portal to E-zone Networks, North America’s first large-scale interactive television system, where he worked as a technologist and producer developing new branding and advertising strategies for online delivery and programming platforms. At E-zone Barry developed e-health strategies with Health South, one of the United States’ largest Health Medical Organizations which helped obese patients overcome their issues through a coordinated approach through the utilization of technology which allowed patients to link with both physicians and fitness professionals.

He has also developed a wide range of applications for clients like Canada Lands Corporation, CAPP and more while consulting for Telefilm Canada on Digital Technologies for Film Distribution.  His background in marketing and communications combined with product development has provided him with a unique and diverse background spanning Product Design and Development, User Interface Development and development of the reACT Trainer –  the worlds first eCentric exercise machine.  Currently Mr. Morrissette is working with Sun Raven Energy finding equitable solutions for renewable energies for First Nations and Schools, combined with a Financial technology for renewable energy utilizing cap and trade for carbon emission off set taxes.

Barry has worked and consulted with Paramount Pictures, Universal Studios, BBDO, Ogilvy & Mather, and Walt Disney Studios, creating a variety of interactive applications, learning and training projects to special effects and films. He has worked as a developer with Discreet Logic and helped pioneer the video system components for Kodak’s Cineon Graphics workstation.

He has received several awards for his talents, and accolades over the years, working with non profits finding ways on utilizing social enterprise to help sustain various organizations. His ability to grasp new technologies and develop creative business opportunities is a strong factor in his professional development and the benefits of his expertise, greatly strengthens the project.

Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality
Jeff has been on the cutting edge of multimedia, VR/AR, television, theatrical and electronic presentation technology creating Academy award nominated and award winning movies like Titanic, the Fifth Element, Minority Report, Armageddon, Mighty Joe Young, Spiderman, Harry Potter, Avengers, Terminator, and The Revenant.

Jeff has been working and involved doing research in User Interphases for Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality as well as researching retail Virtual and Augmented reality retail and shopping experiences.

Working in Cinematic Virtual Reality experiences the past 3 years Jeff directed Warbird Veterans, and Fireworks in Virtual Reality, And was part of the creative, production and post production teams for Disney, Paul McCartney, The National Football League, National Basketball Association, Major League Baseball. He has been in supervisory roles for Dreamworks, Disney, Sony Imageworks, Warner Bros. Universal and New Line.

He traveled extensively in China where he toured Universities lecturing to students demonstrating, educating them about techniques of shooting and post production for Virtual Reality visiting at over 20 universities.

LightForms.CC Interactivity Engineer, Software Tools Developer – David Gonzalez (Los Angeles, CA)

As President at Mission Critical Studios, Mr. Gonzalez has an extensive skill set with an ever larger client list that he has accumulated over the years as a software developer.

He is also a talented, yet technical CG artist who works in motion-capture and is a skilled character modeler and CG application generalist creating art for real-time applications or render output working with LightWave3D, and other tools. His artistic capabilities covers the entire spectrum of CG 3D art, from cartoon to photo-realism. With clients that include IBM Global Services, Nabisco, Glaxo Smith Kline, Unilever and many more, he has produced interactive experiences and 3D Animation that pure gaming entertainment to medical and industrial animation.

He has a long history of deploying quality software on iOS and Android as an authorized developer for those platforms as well as Nintendo Wii and U, Playstation 4 Vita, Xbox One and Xbox 360, having shipped countless products including his own studios titles, world-wide.

Capable of producing titles in both Unity and Unreal, Mr. Gonzalez brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the LightForms.CC project and will be heading up significant portions of our development efforts, largely focusing on game engine technology tools that will be bundled with the LightForms.CC Content Creation Tool Kit as well as end user applications under the brand.

LightForms.CC Environment Artist & Eco-system Software Developer – Erik Guilfoyle (New York City, NY)

Also joining us from Mission Critical Studios where he serves as Creative Director, Erik has over 20 years experience specializing in video games. Working with LightWave3D, Worldcraft, Radian, UnrealED, Hammer, BF2 Editor, Unity3D, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Flash, Sony Vegas and he also develops in several languages including HTML, Javascript, AJAX, PHP, AS, C++ and C#.

He is the author of two books released by Wiley Publishing Inc. focusing on the subjects of Quake and Half-Life2 modding and has since 2005, been the host and producer of the weekly program about games and technology called “MODSonair” through This side provides assistance and education to over 100,000 members, supporting various titles including Quake, Half-Life, and Call of Duty.

His knowledge and experience go beyond these areas however, as he also an adept back end tools programmer. Erik has personally designed/engineered and written code for custom content management systems, indexing tools, download management systems and IP (internet protocol) based video delivery platforms services while integrating into these solutions, robust MySQL database functionality.

Mr. Guilfoyle is a member of the International Game Developers Associates (IGDA) and Entertainment Association (ECA).

Founder and Principal Architect at SquidNet Software, Inc.

Mr. Alvarez has been an IT Professional since 1986. He has held positions as a Chief Architect, Senior Software Engineer, Lead Design Engineer, Principal Project Manager and Technical Account Manager. Since 2001, Mr. Alvarez has held many senior engineer positions with Wind River Systems and Intel Corporation. His primary roles included responsibilities for project planning and assessment, requirements definition, architecture/design and the implementation/integration of advanced engineering solutions for major corporations like Boeing Aerospace, NASA, Curtiss-Wright Corporation, Sun Microsystems, Motorola, Inc., Verizon Communications, Inc and others.

Prior to working for Intel Corporation, Mr. Alvarez worked as a systems architect for Access360 where he was responsible for designing the company’s Enterprise Resource Management
System. As one of the initial members of this startup, Ralph was a member of a development team that was granted numerous software and engineering patents. Access360 was acquired by IBM Corporation in 2002.

As the founder of SquidNet Software, Inc, Ralph serves as chief architect and primary developer of Distributed Computing Solutions for the TV, film, 3D Animation and Visual Effects (VFX) industries. SquidNet products conceptualized, designed and developed by Ralph have been used by over 100 animation studios including: LucasFilm Animation, Moving Picture Company (MPC), Nickelodeon Studios, Rethink Studios, Square Enix (Sony Entertainment) and a number of
cloud-based rendering services (Render4You, Drop&Render and Render724 to name a few).

LightForms.CC Documentation and Localization Support – Philip Staiger (San Diego, CA)

Mr. Staiger is an experienced senior product evangelist and technical account manager. In addition to this he is a skilled product instructor with a demonstrated history of working in the computer graphics and IT software industries utilizing solutions for both Linux and Windows.

A strong IT professional, Mr. Staiger is skilled in 2D and 3D computer graphics  as well as video/post-production. He is the product manager for innovative paint and animation software product – Project Dog-waffle. Having studied as both an electrical and computer graphics engineer he is also a multilingual technical instructor.

With expertise in product management, documentation and user experience (UX) design, Phil writes and speaks, seven, primary world languages and will be assisting in these areas of the project.

Philip Staiger

LightForms.CC 3D Printing Artist and Instructor – Stephen Burns (San Diego, CA)

Mr. Burns has discovered the same passion for the digital medium as he has for photography as an art form. His background began as a photographer 28 year ago and in time, progressed toward the digital medium. His influences include the great Abstractionists & the Surrealists including Jackson Pollock, Wassily Kandinsky, Pablo Picasso, Franz Kline, Mark Rothko, Mark Tobey, and Lenore Fini, to name a few.

He has been a corporate instructor and lecturer in the application of digital art and design for the past 14 years. He has been exhibiting digital fine art internationally at galleries such as Durban Art Museum in South Africa, Citizens Gallery in Yokahama, Japan, and CECUT Museum Of Mexico to name a few.

He teaches Digital Manipulation Workshops nationwide but also you can join him online at . In addition, you will often see him as an instructor at Siggraph ( in the Guerrilla Studio.

He is the author of several books published by Charles River media. They include “The “Advanced Photoshop CS4Trickery & FX” , Art of Poser & Photoshop” , “Advanced Photoshop CS3 Trickery & FX” , “Advanced Photoshop CS2 Trickery & FX” and “Photoshop CS Trickery & FX”. Each chapter is a step-by-step instruction on creating digital effects and art work.
